Reiki

Reiki, pronounced (ray-key), is a Japanese word, “Rei” meaning “universal” or “God force” and “Ki” meaning “life-force energy.” This describes the abundant energy that sustains all living things. Any naturally occurring illness can be attributed to the human body having a severed connection from this infinite reservoir.

Application of this particular vibration of energy was rediscovered by a Buddhist monk by the name of Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 1800s’, after setting out on a quest to discover how it was Christ was able to heal.

This Japanese method of hands on healing restores and maintains balance and optimum health on all levels of your life, (mind body and spirit). This means that Reiki always gets to the root cause of problems instead of just the symptoms, like pharmaceutical medicines.

Reiki is traditionally in 3 levels passed on from Reiki Master to Reiki Student through an attunement process:

Level 1

Balances and attunes the body to the healing energy this promotes a physical self healing takes place here. At this level you are given the tools to become fully Qualified Reiki Practitioner. You are taught Self healing, how to treat others and how to energize our food, pets and plants etc

Level 2

Further strengthens the Reiki energy. Emotional and mental healing takes place at this level. You are taught information and applications of level 2 Reiki Symbols are taught here. At this level you are also taught advanced applications of the energy which
include distant healing and world healing.

Master Level:

Attunes you up the master level of the energy. Reiki Master symbols are taught and passed on here, with their applications. You are now a fully qualified and confident
Reiki Master!! You know have the tools to master your own
life. Congratulations!

Master Teacher Level:

available for those of you who want to go onto teach this to others.
